Six capabilities. One connected system.
Each capability solves a specific problem on its own. Together they move a lead from the first search to a measured outcome. Choose a layer to see what's included.
Start with one layer. Grow into a connected system.
Each capability solves a problem on its own. A conversion-ready website brings in better inquiries. CRM and marketing automation make sure each one is owned and followed up. Integrations remove the copy-paste between tools, and analytics shows which channels produce qualified leads.
In practice, one lead crosses every layer. Someone finds you through search or an AI answer, lands on a page built to convert and fills in a form that keeps its campaign source. The CRM assigns an owner and starts the follow-up, integrations update the other tools, and the conversion is recorded against the channel that produced it. Marketing operations keeps the data clean enough for each of those steps to work.
Most clients start with the layer that hurts most today and add the others over time. Because every layer is built on the same principles of clean data, documented workflows and verified tracking, they connect without rework later.
Each capability has a published starting price and a fixed quote, so you can begin with one focused project: a CRM setup, two or three automations, a verified GA4 setup or a new website. Most CRM, automation and tracking projects take two to eight weeks, and most websites three to six.

What is a MarTech stack?+
A MarTech stack is the set of software a business uses to attract, capture, follow up and measure leads and customers. For most B2B and service businesses it includes a website and CMS, forms, a CRM, an automation or integration platform, and analytics with a tag manager. What makes a stack useful is not the number of tools but how well they share data.
How do you audit a MarTech stack?+
A MarTech audit lists every tool you pay for, maps how leads and data move between them and marks where work is done by hand or data is lost. It then checks data quality in the CRM, whether tracking records real conversions, and which tools overlap or go unused. The result is a short list of fixes in order of impact, which is how our Discover stage starts.
What is the difference between marketing automation and workflow automation?+
Marketing automation works inside the CRM or marketing platform, running pipelines, lead routing, scoring and nurture emails, while workflow automation moves data between separate tools. Workflow automation uses platforms such as Make or n8n, webhooks and APIs to connect forms, WhatsApp, spreadsheets and internal apps to the CRM. Most lead systems need a little of both.
Should we fix our CRM, automation or tracking first?+
Fix the part where leads or work are being lost today. For most B2B teams that is lead routing and follow-up in the CRM; for service businesses it is often inquiry capture and instant replies. If you cannot tell which channel produces real leads, start with tracking, and if nobody trusts the CRM data, a cleanup comes before anything else.
Should we switch tools or fix the ones we already have?+
Fixing the tools you already have is usually faster and cheaper than switching, unless a tool genuinely blocks the workflow. Most problems come from the setup, such as missing routing rules, untracked forms or duplicate data, rather than from the software itself. We start from what you already use and recommend a change only when the current tool cannot do the job.
How do I integrate my marketing tools?+
Integrate marketing tools by agreeing which system owns each piece of data, then connecting them with native integrations where they exist and an automation platform where they do not. Make, n8n, webhooks and APIs can link forms, WhatsApp, the CRM, email and ad platforms. Each connection should log failed runs and alert someone, so problems are visible before data is lost.
Can we start with one service and add more later?+
Yes, every Nevion Labs capability can be delivered as a standalone project and connected to the others later without rework. A CRM setup is often followed by integrations and tracking, or a new website by CRM-connected forms. If you want several at once, they are scoped as one project with one fixed quote, built on the same data and tracking rules.
How long does a MarTech implementation take?+
Most MarTech implementations take two to eight weeks for CRM, automation and tracking work, and three to six weeks for a website. The range depends on the number of tools and workflows, whether data needs migrating, and how quickly access and feedback arrive. At Nevion Labs the agreed timeline is part of the fixed quote, sent after a free 20-minute discovery call.
Do we need a new website before fixing our CRM or tracking?+
No, CRM, automation and tracking can usually be fixed on your existing website. Forms can be connected to the CRM with the lead source kept, and GA4 and Google Tag Manager can be set up on most platforms. A new website makes sense when the current one cannot be edited, tracked or connected, or when it no longer explains what you sell.
Which MarTech platforms does Nevion Labs work with?+
Nevion Labs works with HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, Pipedrive and GoHighLevel for CRM; Make, n8n and WhatsApp Business API for automation; GA4 and Google Tag Manager for tracking; and WordPress and Webflow for websites. No single product is required, and where you already pay for one of them, we build on what you have.
