Frequently asked questions
Is the discovery call free?+

Yes, the discovery call is free and there is no obligation. It is a 20-minute video call with a senior member of the Nevion Labs team, and if there is a fit, it leads to a clear next step: a fixed quote with scope and timeline.

What is a discovery call?+

A discovery call is a short first conversation in which a consultant learns about your business, goals and current tools to decide whether and how they can help. It is not a sales pitch or a technical workshop. Both sides use it to check fit, and a good one ends with an honest view of what to fix first and what the next step is.

What happens on a discovery call with Nevion Labs?+

We cover four things in 20 minutes: what you sell and how leads reach you today, the tools you use and where work or data gets stuck, what we would look at first, and the next step. The agenda on this page shows roughly how the time is split.

How should I prepare for a discovery call?+

Prepare by listing the tools you use today and picking one or two places where leads, data or time get lost; nothing formal is needed. If someone on your team handles leads every day, it helps to have them on the call, and a rough idea of your timeline and budget lets us suggest a realistic first step.

Who will I speak with on the call?+

You will speak with Ankur Pandey, Founder and Lead Engineer, or another senior member of the Nevion Labs team. The person on the call understands how the systems are built, so technical questions get a direct answer rather than a follow-up from someone else. To reach Ankur before the call, email ankur.p@nevionlabs.com.

Is a discovery call a sales call?+

No, our discovery call is about understanding where your systems break down, not a sales pitch. There is no pitch deck and no pressure, and a quote only follows if the work is a good fit. If we are not the right team for the problem, we will say so and point you in a better direction.

What happens after the discovery call?+

If there is a fit, we send a fixed quote with scope and timeline, so you know the cost before any work starts. If not, we will tell you honestly and suggest a better direction. Projects then begin with Discover, where we map your process and tools in more detail.

Can I book a call from another time zone?+

Yes, you can book from any time zone: we are remote-first and work with clients across time zones, mainly in India and the United States. If none of the open times suit you, send a short brief or email info@nevionlabs.com instead and we will reply within one business day.

Is it a video call or a phone call?+

It is a 20-minute video call. The meeting details arrive in your confirmation email, along with the link to reschedule or cancel. You do not need to prepare slides or a formal brief; a rough idea of your goals and the tools you use is enough.

Can I reschedule or cancel the call?+

Yes, you can reschedule or cancel at any time using the link in your confirmation email. If you would rather not book a call at all, send a 60-second brief from the contact page or email info@nevionlabs.com, and we will reply within one business day.
