Project highlights

check
Five distinct service lines (AI Solutions, Software Development, Cybersecurity, Hire Resources, Cloud Development) organized under one consistent navigation pattern instead of five inconsistent sub-sites.
check
A dedicated Products section presenting RSK's own software products (including Vaultiscan, an enterprise knowledge agent) alongside its consulting services.
check
Credibility infrastructure spanning three offices (Kent UK, Gurugram and Faridabad India, New York USA), an active Case Studies section, and displayed certifications (Investors in People, Cyber Essentials Plus, DNV).
check
An active content program: Insights, News Room and Blogs as separate, regularly updated sections rather than a single generic "blog" catch-all.

The challenge

A consultancy selling five genuinely different service lines, from AI strategy to cybersecurity penetration testing to offshore hiring, to buyers across construction, energy, rail, finance and legal sectors faces a specific positioning problem:

priority_highFive service lines (AI, Software Development, Cybersecurity, Hire Resources, Cloud Development) each need enough depth to be credible on their own, without the site fragmenting into five disconnected mini-sites.
priority_highA multi-country presence (UK head office, India delivery centers, US office) needs to read as one coherent global operation, not three separate regional pages competing for attention.
priority_highIndustry-vertical buyers (rail, energy, construction, finance, legal) need to see relevant proof quickly. Generic "we do software" messaging doesn't answer "have you worked in my industry?"
priority_highA consultancy this broad risks looking unfocused; the site needs enough structure that a buyer with one specific need (e.g. cybersecurity penetration testing) doesn't have to wade through unrelated service content to find it.

Our approach

The build organized five service lines and three offices into one navigation system built around "what do you need" rather than "who are we."

1
Discovery
Catalogued all five service lines and the product portfolio (including Vaultiscan) to establish a consistent depth-of-content standard across each.

2
Information architecture
Structured the primary navigation as parallel service dropdowns (AI Solutions, Software Development, Cybersecurity, Hire Resources, Cloud Development) plus separate Who We Are, Case Studies and Insights sections.

3
Content modeling
Built industry-vertical framing (Agriculture, Rail/Transit, Energy, Finance, Legal, Construction) as a cross-cutting layer over the service lines, so a buyer can approach from either "what service" or "what industry" angle.

4
Development
Implemented on WordPress, integrated an AI chat widget (Vaultiscan-branded) site-wide, and set up XML sitemap and robots.txt for the full site including the active blog/insights sections.

The solution

The site treats each of the five service lines as a first-class section with its own dropdown, while global credibility signals (offices, certifications, case studies) run consistently across all of them.

The primary navigation surfaces all five services (AI Solutions, Software Development, Cyber Security, Hire Resources, Cloud Development) as equal-weight dropdown menus, so no single service line reads as an afterthought. This matters for a consultancy where a cybersecurity buyer and an AI buyer are equally valuable but need completely different proof points.

A dedicated Products section separates RSK's own software (Vaultiscan, Hazard Management Tool, Enviro Suite) from its consulting services. A buyer evaluating "do they sell a product I can just use" gets a direct answer instead of that information being buried inside service pages.

Industry verticals (Agriculture, Environment/ESG, Rail/Transit, Transport/Logistics, Energy, Finance, Legal, Construction) are treated as a second navigation dimension layered over the service lines, giving a buyer from a specific sector a direct path to relevant proof rather than generic capability claims.

Insights, News Room and Blogs run as three distinct, regularly updated content sections rather than one undifferentiated feed, supporting both thought-leadership positioning and ongoing technical SEO through fresh, topic-specific content.

Technical implementation

What's directly verifiable from the live site's markup and response headers:

CMSWordPress (confirmed via wp-content plugin paths and wp-includes core script references in the page source).
Plugins observedAn interactive 3D flipbook plugin (for document/brochure viewing) and a site-wide AI chat widget, both loaded as WordPress plugins.
DeliveryServed through Cloudflare, with page-level caching and optimization headers indicating an active performance-optimization layer.
IndexabilityA working XML sitemap index and configured robots.txt.

Responsive experience

On mobile, each of the five service dropdowns collapses into a stacked accordion-style menu, the dual-hero event/content cards stack vertically, and the floating "Get In Touch" side-tab repositions to stay reachable without overlapping page content.
